WHERE IT BEGAN

Built inside Bickerstaff.

Today, the system reflects one agency.
Making it work for other studios is the next test.

THE NEXT MILESTONE

One agency today.
Five studios next.

Their briefs. Their rules. Their own workspace.

01

Make it configurable.

02

Test on real projects.

03

Prove repeat use and payment.

Funding supports the product work, then the five-studio pilot.
External adoption and willingness to pay are still to be tested.

THE PREPARED PLAN

Work meets capacity.

Illustrative direct labour costs

Design120$50$6,000
Creative direction20$100$2,000
Project management40$25$1,000
Designer allocation / 4 weeks140 / 160 h

120 project hours + 20 hours of other work.

Additional work is modeled as design at $50/hour. A higher fee does not resolve a capacity conflict.

ABOUT THIS DEMO

An example, not a forecast.

The café brief, team, rates and capacity are fictional. The plan is prepared; no live AI request is made. Calculations update in your browser.

The economics come from the pitch example: $20,000 fee, $12,000 direct cost, 40% contribution margin. Add $3,000 of work at the same fee and margin becomes 25%. A $25,000 fee restores 40%.

Contribution margin is before overhead and tax. It is not net profit or a promised business result. This demo cannot access agency data or launch a project.

INVESTOR NOTES

What the next stage
needs to prove.

The product hypothesis: an agency’s operating knowledge can become a repeatable workflow for independent studios.

Today and the next milestone

Today: a private internal system with brief analysis, project plans, workload, economics, approvals and company finance views.

Next: separate workspaces, configurable studio rules and repeatable onboarding. Then five independent studios, one real project each.

What we’ll measure

These are proposed pilot measures, not existing results.

The market model
$180mGlobal TAM proxy
$34mInitial UK SAM
$1.4mYear 3 SOM scenario

From the deck: 30,000 modeled studios globally; about 5,600 in the initial UK segment; about 230 paying studios in the Year 3 scenario.

Planning assumptions: $500/studio/month, size and fit filters. The deck cites Promethean and DCMS. Rounded annual values; these are not traction, validated demand, committed customers or an offered subscription price.

What makes this more than a calculator?

The hypothesis is the connected workflow: a studio’s playbook shapes a project plan, which connects to team capacity and explicit economic checks.

AI and margin tracking alone do not establish differentiation. Portability to other studios, plan quality and repeat use need to be demonstrated.
